2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing and payment details
- Appointment booking information
- Wellness or treatment preferences
- Information submitted through forms, enquiries or newsletter subscriptions
Automatically collected information
When you use our website, we may automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser and device information
- Website usage data
- Cookies and tracking information
- Interaction with advertisements and website pages
3. How we use your information
We may use your information to:
- Process bookings and purchases
- Manage appointments and customer accounts
- Provide customer support
- Improve website functionality and user experience
- Send appointment confirmations and transactional communications
- Send newsletters and promotional communications where consent has been provided
- Analyse website traffic and marketing performance
- Maintain website security and prevent fraud
4. Booking, payments and third-party services
We use trusted third-party platforms and service providers to operate our website and services, including:
- Stripe for secure payment processing
- Mailchimp for email newsletters and marketing communications
- Google Analytics for website analytics and performance tracking
- Meta Ads and related technologies for advertising, remarketing and conversion tracking
These providers may process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
Strictly necessary cookies are used to operate this website and to process your enquiry. Nothing else is loaded until you choose “Akzeptieren” in the cookie banner. The tools we ask your consent for are:
- Meta Pixel — data is received by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Dublin. Purpose: measuring the performance of our advertising and attributing enquiries and bookings to the ad that produced them.
- Microsoft Clarity — data is received by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin. Purpose: usage analytics, i.e. understanding how visitors move through this page so we can improve it.
Form details and Meta matching. If you consent and you complete the booking form, the name, email address and phone number you entered are passed to the Meta Pixel for advanced matching. The pixel hashes these values in your browser before they are transmitted; they are never placed in web addresses or event parameters.
Server-side measurement (Meta Conversions API). When you submit the form or book an appointment, your name, phone number and email address are sent in encrypted (hashed, SHA-256) form to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., together with Meta’s ad click identifiers (fbc/fbp) and, for bookings, the booked date and time, to measure our advertising. This happens if you accepted or have not yet made a choice in the cookie banner. If you clicked “Ablehnen”, nothing is sent. The same event identifier as the browser event is used, so a single conversion is not counted twice.
Legal basis. The Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and browser matching are used solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Swiss FADP). The server-side measurement described above is based on our legitimate interest in measuring our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Swiss FADP), and you can object to it by clicking “Ablehnen”. You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, using the “Cookie-Einstellungen” button in the footer of every page:
If you decline, or withdraw an earlier consent, these tools are not loaded and are instructed to stop collecting data. Your choice is stored in your browser together with the version of this notice, and we keep a record of the choice itself (a random visitor identifier, the decision, the notice version, your browser user agent and the time) as proof of consent. You may additionally disable cookies in your browser settings, although some website features may then not work properly.
